I reinstalled Teams after several year but if opens as teh guest account from an organization from four years ago. How do I remove this connection?

Hello,
In order for me to determine what method you can use, I need to know -
Is it your work/school account, or your personal account, the guest user in another organization?
It is my work/school account and what still appears is as a guest account from a company for which I worked four years ago
I was a guest account as I worked as a consultant for the company
Thank you.
Assuming you can still sign into your work/school account currently in Teams, right?
If so, go to Teams Settings > Accounts & Organizations, if the ocmpany is listed there, see if you can use the Leave Organization toggle.
If for any reason this toggle is grayed out, try this instead:
Go to Azure Portal https://portal.azure.com
Sign into your work/school credential.
Click on Microsoft Entra ID
On the top, click on "Manage tenants"
You should see this company listed. Click on it, then choose "Leave tenant".
