My OneDrive does not sync and asked to renew although I pay a monthly fee.

I pay the MS premium plan monthly, but files don't sync with 1 TB storage. Informed I needed to renew my plan by May 25, 2024, even though I pay monthly. Very confusing.

I unlinked my account to relink it; however, it no longer has an Onedrive settings button. This is all very confusing.

Recently, I unlinked my account to relink it, but now I can no longer find the settings button. Can you please help me understand what's going on?

Anthony

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

There is no such plan as "MS Premium." Which subscription do you have? There is Microsoft 365 Basic, Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family, Microsoft 365 for Business, Microsoft 365 for Education and Microsoft 365 for Enterprise. Please say which subscription you use.

If you log into httpss://account.microsoft.com/services using the same address and password you used to purchase the subscription, what do you see for the licensed product?

Please tell me exactly what https:/account.microsoft.com/services says about your subscription. Include a screenshot of the subscription.

    Hi Brian,

Now my OneDrive icon does not appear on the task bar -- where printer, Bluetooth devices, sound, battery, etc. appear.

OK, so you have Microsoft 365 Personal and an additional subscription for an extra 1TB. Does your subscription end date show anywhere, like when you click See more? Can you perform a repair install? What version of Windows?

Here is how to display your expiration date: https://support.microsoft.com/office/2eb89f06-bd1c-4f57-9269-f1cbab894341
