Trying to reset my Surface Laptop 5
Inadvertently set up my Laptop as a work/school. Tried to reset using instructions I found here but things aren't matching up. 1. When creating the recovery file to the USB I'm not getting the FAT32 option. 2. Its creating a zip file. Help please.

Is there a fix for Microsoft software running on a Surface with the snapdragon processor?
it seems incomprehensible that Teams and Outlook fail every time there's a windows update due to WebView 2 errors. These are all MS products. The Surface is a great laptop, but too frequently rendered useless by this persistent failure.
